摘要
通过随机抽取人名,选定华南农业大学一年级725名学生进行调查。了解学生入学半年后的学习和生活状况,重点对其所反映的忙和累的现状进行分析,深入剖析学生多重角色背后折射出的心理归属感分化与弱化的原因。针对当前网络普及、学分为主、课程自选等新特点和新挑战,紧抓新生入学第一学期有利时机开展行之有效的活动,科学引导学生参与社团活动,降低学生频繁参与活动的疲惫感,进一步增强学生的班级归属感和荣誉感。
In this paper, 725 first-year students of South China Agricultural University are surveyed for their learning and living conditions in the first semester. Analysis focuses on the reasons for their decreased mental attribution due to multiple roles on campus. In view of the new situations and challenges ahead, such as easy Internet access, credit-oriented curriculum, and free selection of courses, the authors hold that effective class activities should be carried out in the first semester, that first-year students should be guided when participating in campus activities, that too much participation of various activities should not be encouraged, and that students' mental attribution and group honor in their own class can be improved.
