In the era of Party self-governing exercised fully and with rigor, necessary to strengthen and standardize the political life in Party organizations at various levels. The author explores a method of ＂standing book management＂ for political life in higher education, and holds that by publicity and dynamic management, this method can achieve the effect in quantifying routine work, improving work fulfillment, and innovating work methods.
