摘要
课堂教学开展的基础是教学设计,其中教学内容及其顺序的编排都十分关键。利用阿特金森成就动机理论,提出基于阿特金森成就动机理论的教学设计方法,可较好克服教学中容易出现的瓶颈现象,极大增强学生学习动力,形成教学管道疏通机制和学习动力激发机制,有效地提高教学质量和效率。
Teaching design is the basis of class teaching, to which teaching content and are both important. In this article, the authors put forward overlapping chain teaching design sequence arrangement based on Atkinson' s motivation achievement, which proves effective to overcome the bottleneck phenomenon in teaching practice, greatly enhance students' learning motivation, form the teaching assistance mechanism and learning motivation mechanism, and effectively improve the teaching quality and efficiency.
