全过程动态仿真技术及其在水利水电工程施工中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 仿真技术的应用为分析复杂的大型水利水电工程施工系统提供了有效的工具.全过程动态仿真技术融合网络计划分析与数值仿真技术于一体,从系统的观点出发,对整个施工过程进行仿真计算和分析,合理安排施工进度,优化配置机械设备,为施工组织设计提供科学的依据.全过程动态仿真技术以CPM网络模型作为框架,调用封装好的CYCLONE模型,形成一个分层次的模型结构.利用CPM网络层可以进行整个工程项目的进度计划分析,利用CYCLONE层可以仿真分析工程的施工工期、资源利用率等情况.这样就克服了循环网络仿真技术的复杂性,同时利用了CPM网络的进度分析功能,达到了方便、实用的目的.通过在实际工程中的应用验证了该技术的可行性. The simulation technique provides a useful tool analyzing construction process of the complicated large-scale water resources and hydropower projects.In this paper,a new method named as the dynamic simulation technique for whole construction process is pre-sented,which combines the construction scheduling technique with the digital simulation technique.From the viewpoint of the system it simulates the whole construction process,makes reasonable project schedule,optimizes equipment and provides scientific information for the organization of complicated construction process.The dynamic simulation model,which is hierarchical,takes CPM network as frames and calls complex CYCLONE simulation model enclosed in advance when needed.CPM technique is utilized to plan project schedule and CY-CLONE simulating is applied to analyze some useful parameters,such as construction duration and productivity of equipment.By this mean,we can take the advantages of CPM and CYCLONE as well as overcome their shortcomings,namely CPM is unsuitable for the com-plex projects with circulating process and CYCLONE is too professional.By applying to practical project,the technique is verified to be feasible.
