山东省海洋非物质文化遗产价值评估

Evaluation of the Marine Intangible Cultural Heritage of Shandong Province

海洋非物质文化遗产反映了沿海地区和国家文化的核心与灵魂。对其进行有效的挖掘和保护，有利于加强民众对传统文化的认同感。山东一直以来与海洋有着千丝万缕的联系，特别是胶东半岛民众的日常生产与生活更是离不开海洋，由此也遗留下诸多海洋物质与非物质文化遗产。本文在对山东海洋非物质文化遗产资源进行定性分析的基础上，尝试从定量评估方面对其进行深入研究和评价，具体对山东海洋非物质文化遗产资源在文化价值、社会价值、经济价值、生态价值等方面的情况进行评估，提出未来发展应重点注意的关键问题，以期为相关部门提供理论和实践方面的决策参考。

The marine intangible cultural heritage reflects the core and soul of the coastal areas and the national culture. It is helpful for people to identify and protect the traditional culture. Shandong has been inextricably linked with the sea, especially the daily production and life of the people of Jiaodong peninsula is inseparable from the ocean, which also left a lot of marine material and intangible cultural heritage. From the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, this paper focus on the assessment of the situation of Shandong marine intangible cultural heritage in the aspect of cultural value, social value, economic value, and ecological value, in order to provide theoretical and practice as a reference for the decision-making of relevant departments.
