小切深大进给加工参数下方肩铣削刀片的结构设计及应用研究 被引量:2

Structural Design and Application Research of Shoulder Milling Insert Underneath the Parameters of Small Cutting Depth and Large Feed

摘要 通过分析小切深大进给参数下的方肩铣削加工特性和刀片A1在此参数下的加工性能缺陷,本研究设计一款新结构方肩铣削刀片A2,并通过切削试验验证刀片A2的方肩铣削性能、平面铣削性能以及小切深大进给参数下刀片使用寿命。切削试验结果表明,方肩铣削时刀片A2能获得较好垂直度的台阶面;平面铣削时,被加工平面质量优于刀片A1,切削力大于刀片A1约10%~15%;在小切深大进给参数下,刀片A2使用寿命高于刀片A1约40%~50%。 Through analyzing the machining characteristics of the square shoulder milling under the parameters of small cutting depth and large feed and the machining performance defects of the insert A1 in this parameter, a new type of square shoulder milling insert A2 with new structure was designed in this research. And through cutting test, the square shoulder milling performance, plane milling performance and the service life of insert A2 with small cutting depth and large feed parameters were verified. The cutting test results show that insert A2 can obtain a better vertical step surface when square shoulder milling. In plane milling, the surface quality of workpiece machined by insert A2 is better than that of insert A1, and the cutting force is about 10%~15% greater than that of insert A1. Under the parameters of small cutting depth and large feed, the service life of insert A2 is about 40%~50% higher than that of insert A1.
