Building of Editorial Team of College Academic Journals:A Perspective of Competence

高校学报编辑胜任力的高低直接影响着学报的办刊质量,影响着学报未来的发展。高校学报编辑队伍的建设可以基于胜任力特征,选择合适的人选,培养规范化技能,使编辑个体胜任常规性工作;有针对性地提高个性化技能,使编辑行为富有创造性;匹配人、职位、组织之间的关系,使编辑胜任繁杂的管理性工作。

The editor’s competence of college academic journals determines the quality of the publications and the journal’s future. Therefore,this paper proposes the following suggestions to build the editorial team： qualified editors be chosen based on their competency;editors be trained to have professional skills and to be qualified for conventional work;editors be trained to occupy particular skills and to be creative in their editing;the relationship among the individual editor,his or her post and the organization be appropriately established to equip the editor to implement management.
