摘要
高校学报编辑胜任力的高低直接影响着学报的办刊质量,影响着学报未来的发展。高校学报编辑队伍的建设可以基于胜任力特征,选择合适的人选,培养规范化技能,使编辑个体胜任常规性工作;有针对性地提高个性化技能,使编辑行为富有创造性;匹配人、职位、组织之间的关系,使编辑胜任繁杂的管理性工作。
The editor’s competence of college academic journals determines the quality of the publications and the journal’s future. Therefore,this paper proposes the following suggestions to build the editorial team: qualified editors be chosen based on their competency;editors be trained to have professional skills and to be qualified for conventional work;editors be trained to occupy particular skills and to be creative in their editing;the relationship among the individual editor,his or her post and the organization be appropriately established to equip the editor to implement management.
