中国要进一步"强起来",必须继续坚持与维护中国共产党的领导。要深刻认识中国共产党的领导对实现中国"强起来"的至关重要,除了必须牢记历史的经验和对现实的正确把握,还离不开正确的理论导向。这一理论就是马克思主义,特别是马克思主义的政党学说。马克思主义对无产阶级政党的性质的论述表明,中国共产党的宗旨决定了中国共产党领导中国人民走向"强起来"具有合法性。马克思主义关于群众、阶级、政党、领袖相互关系的理论使我们知道,要使中国"强起来"就必须维护以习近平同志为核心的党中央的权威。以习近平同志为核心的党中央遵照马克思主义的建党学说,从严治党,使中国共产党领导中国人民走向"强起来"有了切实可靠的保证。

It is necessary to profoundly understand that the leadership of the Communist Party of China is crucial to realizing China＇s ＂getting stronger＂. In addition to keeping in mind the historical experience and the correct appreciation of reality, it is also inseparable from the correct theoretical orientation. This theory is Marxism, especially the party theory of Marxism. The Marxist discourse on the nature of the proletarian party shows that the purpose of the Communist Party of China determines the legitimacy of the Chinese Communist Party leading the Chinese people to ＂getting stronger＂. The Marxist theory of the masses, classes, political parties, and leaders makes us know that to make China ＂get stronger＂, we must uphold the authority of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, abides by the Marxist theory of party building and administrates the party strictly, thus providing a solid and reliable guarantee for the CPC to lead the Chinese people towards ＂getting stronger＂.
