摘要
目的:了解我国高层次医学人才队伍建设情况,为制定和完善人才政策和措施提供依据。方法:分别对国家、各省(自治区,直辖市)、各机构推进高层次医学人才队伍发展情况进行分析。结果:近年来均积极采取各种措施加强高层次医学人才队伍建设。结论:不断改革人才培养使用机制,着力激发和调动医学领域高层次创新人才的活力和潜能。
Objective To study the status of the construction of high - level medical personnel in China, provide the basis for formulating and perfecting the personnel policies and measures. Methods To analyze the development of high - level medical personnel in China, provinces （ autonomous regions and municipalities） and various agencies. Results In recent years, various measures have actively taken to strengthen the constrUction of high - level medical, personnel. Conclusion The system of training and using talents should be reformed, the vitality and potential of high - level innovative professionals in medicine should he stimulated and mobilized.
