分化型甲状腺癌患者^(131)I治疗后功能性便秘与短期腹泻的关系

Correlation between functional constipation and short-term diarrhea in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma after ^(131)I treatment

目的探讨并分析分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid carcinoma,DTC)131I治疗后伴发的功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)与短期发生腹泻的相关性以及FC患者腹泻发生与131I剂量及便秘天数的关系。方法回顾性分析首次不同剂量的131I治疗后发生FC的DTC患者132例与未发生FC的DTC患者219例在治疗后短期腹泻的发生情况。结果首次131I治疗后伴有FC的患者短期腹泻的发生率高于无FC的患者(P<0.05)。患者服碘后短期腹泻的发生率在服碘的剂量(100、150和200 m Ci)及便秘持续时间(2、3和4 d)方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 DTC患者行131I治疗后发生FC会提高短期腹泻的发生率,但与便秘持续时间及服用碘的剂量无关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between functional constipation（ FC） and short-term diarrhea in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma（ DTC） treated by131 I. Methods The incidence of short-term diarrhea was retrospectively analyzed in 132 DTC patients with FC and 219 DTC patients without FC after an initial treatment of131 I at different dosages. Results The incidence of short-term diarrhea was higher in patients with FC than that in those without after the first131 I treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Nevertheless,the incidence of short-term diarrhea was not significantly different in terms of the dosage of iodine intake（ 100,150 or 200 mCi） or the duration of constipation（ 2,3 or 4 d; all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The occurrence of FC in DTC patients after131 I treatment increases the incidence of short-term diarrhea,which is not related to the duration of constipation or the dosage of iodine.
