不同冷冻方法对犬细管精液冷冻效果的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different freezing methods on the quality of straw semen of dogs

摘要 通过采集6头德国牧羊犬共计24份细管分装精液,分别采用液氮熏蒸法和程序冷冻法进行冷冻,检测解冻后精子的活力、动力学参数、顶体完整率和质膜完整率来比较不同冷冻方法的冷冻效果。结果显示:采用程序冷冻法冷冻后的精子活力(P〈0.01)、质膜完整率(P〈0.01)和顶体完整率(P〈0.05)极显著或显著高于液氮熏蒸法,程序冷冻法解冻后精子动力学参数(平均路径速率、直线速率和曲线速率)高于液氮熏蒸法。结果表明:程序冷冻法优于液氮熏蒸法的冷冻效果。 24 semen samples collected from six German Shepherd dogs were frozen using liquid nitrogen fumigation and the programmed freezing method. The frozen-thawed sperm motility,kinetic parameters,acrosomal integrity value and plasma membrane integrity value of semen were used to assess the freezing effects. The results showed that,compared with semen frozen by liquid nitrogen fumigation,the semen frozen by programed freezing had significantly higher motility( P〈0. 01),plasma membrane integrity value( P〈0. 01) and acrosomal integrity value( P〈 0. 05); but the semen frozen by programed freezing had higher kinetic parameters( average path velocity,straight line velocity and curvilinear velocity). In conclusion,the programmed freezing method was better than liquid nitrogen fumigation in dog semen freezing in storage.
