多杀性巴氏杆菌免疫逃避机制 被引量:6

Immune evasion mechanisms of Pasteurella multocida

摘要 多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida,Pm)引起多种畜禽巴氏杆菌病,严重影响养殖业发展。该菌为了能在宿主体内建立感染,已具备了多样化的和复杂的策略来逃避宿主的免疫应答。已发现的多杀性巴氏杆菌的免疫逃避机制包括干扰或逃避宿主的吞噬作用,抵抗中性粒细胞、抗菌肽、补体介导的杀伤作用,降解免疫球蛋白或封闭抗体活性,形成生物膜等,除此之外,多杀性巴氏杆菌毒素(PMT)还参与多种免疫逃避活动。本文就针对多杀性巴氏杆菌的免疫逃避机制做一综述。 Pasteurella multocida( Pm) causes a variety of livestock Pasteurellosis,seriously affecting the breeding industry. In order to establish infection in the host,the pathogens have evolved diverse and sophisticated strategies to evade the immune responses of the host. The immune escape mechanisms of Pm have been found to include interfering with or evaporating host phagocytosis,resisting against the neutrophils,antimicrobial peptides,complement-mediated killing,and degrading immunoglobulins or blocking antibody activity and forming biofilms. In addition,Pasteurella multocida toxin( PMT) engages itself in a variety of immune evasion activities. In this paper,the studies on the immune evasion mechanisms of P. multocida were reviewed.
