摘要
在西宁特钢特殊的原料条件下,进行烧结系统全流程的工艺诊断,寻找出存在的主要缺陷和制约生产指标进步的问题。通过优化生产工艺、开展试验研究、引入济钢先进的技术和经验,使得生产系统稳定性提高,工艺水平进步,烧结矿质量改善。
Under the special raw material condition of Xining Special Steel, the process diagnosis of the whale process of sintering system was carried out, the main defects existed and the problems restricting the progress of production index were found out. Through optimizing the production process, the experimental study was carried out. With the introduction of advanced technology and experience of Jinan Steel, the stability of production system, the technical level and the quality of sinter are improved.
