摘要
传统的干熄焦罐,因框架结构为型钢焊接,内衬为金属衬板,存在导热率高、热量损失大、衬板和罐体易损坏、维护成本高等缺点;新型焦罐为钢板卷制密封筒型结构,内衬采用特种轻质耐火材料浇筑而成,具有稳定性好、抗剥落、耐侵蚀、热量损失小,维护成本低等优点。在干熄焦生产中,有效提高了热量回收利用,避免了旋转密封阀被衬板卡阻造成停机故障。
The traditional dry quench coke tank has the disadvantages of high thermal conductivity, high heat loss, easy damage of liner and tank, high maintenance cost and so on, because it is designed as the frame structure welded by section steel and lined with metal liner. The new type coke tank is a steel plate coiled seal cylinder structure, and the lining is made of special light refractory material. It has the advantages of good stability, good resistance to exfoliation, corrosion resistance, small heat loss and low maintenance cost, etc. The heat recovery and utilization of the dry coke quenching production are improved, and the failure of the rotary seal valve being blocked and stopped by the liner is avoided.
