摘要 盛隆化工有限公司二期化产硫氨净化工段原常压蒸氨工艺存在蒸汽消耗量大、含氨废水产生多、装置运行不平稳等现象。对蒸氨工艺进行改造,实施初冷器余热利用负压蒸氨技术,每年节约资金852.98万元。实现了节能降耗,焦化余热高效利用。 There are the phenomenon of large steam consumption, more waste water containing ammonia and unsteady operation of the plant in the original ammonia distillation process in the second phase of the sulfur-ammonia purification section of Shenglong Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. It is extremely detrimental to production and safety. Technicians have modified the ammonia distillation process. The application of waste heat utilization of primary cooler negative pressure steam ammonia technology can save funds of 852.98 million Yuan per year. The energy saving and consumption reduction, the purpose of efficient utilization of coking waste heat are realized.
