摘要
针对焦炉烟气环保超低排放要求,结合焦炉工艺工况特点,介绍了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝技术的发展情况,并对当前最新的逆流活性焦工艺和新型催化法活性炭工艺这两种炭基催化剂脱硫脱硝一体化技术进行了具体介绍和分析。两种技术各有特点,效果都较好,但综合装备和运行等方面,新型催化法有一定优势。
According to the requirement of environmental protection and ultra-low emission of coke oven flue gas, the development of desulfurization and denitrificafion technology for coke oven flue gas is introduced in combination with the characteristics of coke oven process. The latest counter-current active coke process and new catalytic activated carbon process are introduced and analyzed concretely. Both technologies have their own characteristics and good results, but the new catalytic method has certain advantages in comprehensive equipment and operation.
