激光选区熔化成形Ti-6Al-4V钛合金尺寸位置效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 设计了不同类型的特征结构,采用激光选区熔化成形技术制备了TC4钛合金试样,研究了成形过程中Z方向存在的阶梯效应以及X、Y方向上光斑效应对成形精度的影响。结果显示:由于存在阶梯效应,成形件表面粗糙度受其倾斜角度影响,倾角越小,表面状态越恶劣,当倾角由45°减为35°时,表面粗糙度由Ra13.944μm增至Ra18.863μm;由于存在光斑效应,圆孔、方槽、薄壁三类典型特征结构的SLM成形尺寸均存在一定误差,但绝对误差随着试样尺寸的变化不大,分别为-0.395、-0.34、0.287 mm,而相对误差随着试样尺寸的增加而减小。 Different characteristic structures were designed and fabricated by selective lasermelting process,the surface roughness and dimensional precision of samples were surveyed. The surfaceroughness is effected by the angle of inclination and gets worse when the angle is smaller,it shows thatwhen the angle changed from 45 degree to 35 degree,the surface roughness of samples increased fromRa13.944 μm to Ra18.863 μm. The characteristic structures such as circle.groove,thin -wall werefabricated and the dimensions were measured,it shows that the absolute errors remain stable and therelative errors declined as the size increased.
