摘要 断续切削是超声振动钻削的一个重要特性。在对超声振动钻削的断续切削特性分析的过程中,首先建立了钻头在轴向上相对工件的运动方程;然后在钻头轴向运动方程的基础上,从切削时间、切削速度和切屑厚度三个方面分析了超声振动的断续切削特性。结果表明:并不是在所有的振动加工参数条件下都能实现断续切削,只有当加工参数如进给量、转速、振幅和振动频率满足一定关系时,超声振动钻削才能实现断续切削。 Intermittent cutting is an important characteristic of ultrasonic vibration drilling. In theprocess of analyzing the characteristics of the ultrasonic vibration drilling,the motion equation of thedrill bit relative to the workpiece on the axial direction is established. Then,basis on this motionequation, the intermittent cutting characteristics of ultrasonic vibration are analyzed from three aspects,cutting time,cutting speed and chip thickness. It is concluded that not all vibration machiningparameters can achieve intermittent cutting. Only when processing parameters such as feed rate,revolving speed,amplitude and vibration frequency meet certain relationship ,the ultrasonic vibrationdrilling can realize interrupted cutting.
