超声振动辅助铣削加工预测建模与实验验证 被引量:3

摘要 为了实现对进给方向超声振动辅助铣削加工表面形貌的准确预测,建立了超声振动辅助铣削加工过程数学物理预测模型。为了验证该预测模型对超声振动辅助铣削加工三维表面预测结果的准确性,利用MATLAB软件以此模型为基础进行了进给方向的超声振动辅助铣削表面形貌仿真分析,并进行了切削加工实验。结果表明:通过仿真分析和实验验证,证明了该预测模型的准确性和有效性。 To predict surface topography of feed direction vibration assisted milling accurately,amathematical predictive model was established. Based on the predictive model,surface topographysimulation was analyzed by MATLAB program. Experimental tests were made to verify the results ofsimulation. The results show that the predictive modeling is accurate through simulation analysis andexperimental verification.
