摘要
猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)果实品质的优劣,直接影响其产业发展。如何提高猕猴桃果实品质已经成为了猕猴桃产业持续健康发展亟待解决的问题。本文综述了近年来猕猴桃果实内在品质的评价指标及测定方法,并对影响猕猴桃果实品质的相关因素进行讨论,同时提出提高猕猴桃果实品质的有效措施,为猕猴桃选育种单位和生产者提供参考。
The fruit quality of kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) directly affects its industrial development. How to improve the fruit quality of kiwifruit has become an urgent problem for the sustainable development of kiwifruit industry. This paper reviewed the evaluation indexes and determination methods of the intrinsic quality of kiwifruit fruit in recent years. And the related factors affecting the fruit quality of kiwifruit were discussed. Moreover, the effective measures to improve the quality of kiwifruit were proposed, which provided references for kiwifruit breeding units and producers.
