Discussion on the Connection and Major Research Areas of Marine and Terrestrial Industries

开发利用海洋资源对缓解陆域人口、资源和环境压力具有重要意义，海洋经济成为当今世界各沿海国家竞争的战略重点。中国作为海陆兼备的大国，海陆产业的协调发展对促进沿海地区经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以海洋和陆域两大经济系统为研究对象，在对海洋与陆域产业的差异性和关联性进行分析的基础上，提出以劳动力、资本、技术等三大生产要素的配置效率作为衡量指标，对比研究海陆产业间的生产要素联系，并结合不同的产业关联方法，探索不同类型的海洋产业与陆域经济活动的联系问题，试图为海陆产业关联的相关研究提供新的思路和领域。

Exploiting, utilizing marine resources and developing marine economy is an effective way to alleviate the pressure of the population, resources and environment, and it is also the competitive strategic focus of the coastal countries in the world. As a great power of both land and sea, the coordinated development of the marine and terrestrial industries is an important prerequisite for the sustainable economic development in coastal areas. The paper sets the marine and terrestrial economic systems as the research objects, with the terrestrial and marine industries differences and correlation analysis as the foundation, and further studies on the efficiency performance and differences of the three factors of production, labor, capital, technology, to comparative the factors links between marine and terrestrial industries. In this paper, according to different industry association methods, explores the different linkages of typical marine industry and terrestrial economic activities, and trying to provide new ideas and areas of research associated with the marine and terrestrial industries.
