摘要
研究了具有降糖、降脂、美容、润肠等多种功能的桑叶茶系列产品,主要产品有桑叶绿茶、桑叶红茶、槐花味桑叶茶、桑叶乌龙茶、桑叶抹茶,就其研究价值及生产工艺做了简单的介绍,并对其目前的发展以及未来的前景做了展望,为以后的实际生产提供参考.
This paper investigated the following mulberry leaf tea series products with a variety of functions such as lowering sugar, lipid, beauty, moisten the dry digestive apparatus, the main products were ruulberry leaf tea, black ruulberr^y leaf tea, mulberry leaves tea with flavor from sophora japonica, oolong mulberry leaf tea, mulberry leaf mocha. The processing method was all introduced in detail, and its present development and future prospects were discussed for providing reference for actual production.
