关于民族院校工科专业建设和发展的思考——以甘肃民族师范学院水利水电工程专业建设为例

Reflections on the Construction and Development of Engineering Majors in Ethnic Universities——Taking the Construction of Physics and Hydraulic Engineering in Gansu Normal University for Nationalities as an Example

随着甘肃民族师范学院升本改建的快速发展,培养应用型专门人才已是势在必得,但工科专业建设依然滞后于学院的发展,制约着学院水电专业的发展,影响人才培养的质量.以学院水利水电工程专业为例,通过对师资队伍、学生状况和实训基地方面的现状及问题的分析思考,提出了解决问题的基本措施和建议,为推动民族院校本科专业当前建设和长远发展具有一定的借鉴意义.

With the rapid development of the upgrade and reconstruction of Gansu Normal University for Nationalities, it is imperative to euhivate applied talents. However, the construction of engineering specialty still lags behind the development of the college, which restricts the development of hydropower specially and affects the quality of personnel training. Taking hydropower major of Gansu Normal University for Nationalities as an example, based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the teaching staff, students and training bases, this paper puts forward some basic measures and suggestions to solve these problems, which will be of certain reference significance for promoting the current construction and long-term development of undergraduate majors in ethnic colleges and universities.
