Research on Teaching and Practice Reform Measures of Engineering Specialty in Ethnic Institutions——A Case of School of Civil Engineering of Qinghai University for Nationality

摘要 以青海民族大学建筑工程学院为例,根据民族类院校的特点和学情,从分级教学、互联网+翻转课堂、"产学研结合"的实践教学三个方面提出了相关的教学与实践改革措施,以适应应用型人才培养目标和民族地区专业人才的需求,期望对指导民族类院校工科专业的教学与实践革新提供新思路. Taking the school of civil engineering of Qinghai University for Nationality as an example, according to the characteristics and learning situation of ethnic institutions, the paper put forward relevant measures of teaching and practice reform from three aspects: hierarchical teaching, Internet + flipped classroom, practice teaching combined production and research, which will meet the needs of application-oriented talent training objectives and the needs of professionals in ethnic areas. The reform measures will provide new ideas for guiding the reform of teaching and practice in ethnic institutions of engineering specialty.
