《专业标准》视角下藏汉双语小学教师专业知识现状的调查分析——以甘肃省甘南藏族自治州合作市为例

摘要 《专业标准》是国家对小学教师的基本要求,以专业标准为依托,考察藏汉双语教师专业知识的达成情况是促进教师专业成长的基础,研究发现藏汉双语小学教师关于小学生发展知识、学科知识、教育教学知识、通识性知识基本上都达到《专业标准》的要求,其中教师的教育教学知识比较丰富,双语知识比较贫乏. Professional Standards is the basic requirement for prirnary school teachers. It is the basis to promote the professional development of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers, investigate their professional knowledge. The study finds that Tibetan-Chinese bilingual prirnary school teachers' development knowledge, subject knowledge, education and teaching knowledge, general knowledge basically meet the requirements of the Professional Standards, in which teachers' education and teaching knowledge is relatively rich, and bilingual knowledge is relatively poor.
