摘要 幼儿园教师教育活动设计与实施能力是幼儿园教师的一项基本功,是《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》要求每一位幼儿园教师必备的一项专业能力.幼儿园"一课三研"教研活动则是促进幼儿园教师教育活动设计与实施能力的有效途径.从《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》入手,全面探讨幼儿园"一课三研"教研活动的背景与意义、模式建构、实施效果、活动反思等方面的内容将有助于幼儿园教师的教育活动设计能力提高和专业发展. The design and implementation ability of kindergarten teachers' educational activities is a basic skill of kindergarten teachers. It is a necessary professional ability for every kindergarten teacher required by the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers (trial implementation)". And the teaching and research activity "one activity three research" is an effective way to improve teachers' design and implementation abilities. Beginning with the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers", a comprehensive discussion on the background, significance, mode construction, implementation effect, activity reflection and other aspects of "one acttivity, three research"activity, which will help kindergarten teachers to improve their educational activities and enhance their professional development.
