摘要
雨水基础设施建设中,摒弃传统的单一工程建造思维,以生态建设理念为本的海绵城市建设中,充分分析建设场地生态本底资源条件并加以保护与利用。同时,结合场地周边生态环境及空间,构建适宜的建设条件,合理设置源头减排的海绵设施,可综合实现雨水基础设施工程与环境生态提升的双重功能。
In the construction of rainwater infrastructure, we should abandon the traditional thinking of single project construction, and instead fully analyze the ecological background resources of the construction site and protect and utilize them by taking the sponge city construction as guidelines. At the same time, we should construct the suitable construction conditions and rationally set up the sources in combination with the ecological environment and space around the site. The sponge facility with origin-emission reduction can comprehensively realize the dual functions of rainwater infrastructure project and environmental ecological improvement.
