齿形面高精定心式磨齿轮内圆自动夹具设计

摘要 提出一种以齿形面为定位基准高精度找正齿轮内圆磨削时齿轮回转中心的自动夹具的设计方案。依据齿轮参数计算自动夹具和传统式节圆夹具的相关尺寸,运用Creo软件建立两者的三维简化模型,并在ADAMS软件中对两种夹具的夹持性能进行仿真测试,结果表明,自动夹具不仅能快速地夹紧齿轮、稳定地带动齿轮回转和快速地松开齿轮,回转时齿轮内圆圆心的最大位移跳动量比传统式节圆夹具的低85%以上,该自动夹具有利于提高齿轮内圆磨削的自动化水平和齿轮内孔与齿圈的同心度。 This paper proposes a design scheme of automatic fixture, which uses the toothed surface as the positioning reference to accurately locate the center of gear rotation during internal grinding of the gear. According to the gear parameters, the relevant dimensions of the automatic fixture and the traditional pitch-shaped fixture are calculated, and the three-dimensional simplified model of the two is established by using Creo software. In the ADAMS software, the clamping performance of the two clamps is simulated. The results show that the automatic clamp can quickly clamp the gears, stably drive the gears to rotate, and quickly loosen the gears. The maximum circular runout of the center of the inner circle of the gear is less than 85% lower than that of the conventional pitch clamp. The automatic fixture is beneficial to improve the automation level of the internal grinding of the gear and improve the concentricity of the inner hole and the gear.
