摘要
差压式气密性检测法是压力容器生产、制造领域常用的气密性检测方法。为了进一步提高检测精度与检测速度,着重研究了气密性检测过程中,各测量参数对检测结果的影响程度,介绍了一种精度分配的方法,有效地解决了容器气密性检测仪器的误差分配问题。
The differential pressure air tightness test method is a commonly used airtightness test method in the production and manufacture of pressure vessels. In order to further improve the detection accuracy and detection speed, this paper studies the influence of various measurement parameters on the detection results during the airtightness detection process, and introduces a method of precision distribution, which effectively solves the error distribution problem of the container airtightness detection instrument.
