摘要
概述了钻井升沉补偿绞车系统的技术现状,介绍了国内外补偿绞车的发展情况。对主动补偿绞车的特点和补偿原理进行了介绍,研制了一种交流变频电驱动的1000 hp主动钻井升沉补偿绞车,适用于4000 m勘察船。对补偿绞车的补偿原理、设计计算、联合仿真进行了技术分析。补偿绞车的厂内试验表明,补偿绞车的补偿速度、补偿精度达到设计要求,对海洋补偿绞车的发展起到重要指导作用。
This paper summarizes the technical status of the heave compensation drawworks system and introduces the development of compensation drawworks at home and abroad. The characteristics and compensation principle of active compensation drawworks are introduced. A 1000 hp active heave compensation drawworks with AC variable frequency electric drive is developed, which is suitable for 4000 m survey vessels. The technical analysis of compensation principle, design calculation and co-simulation of compensation drawworks is carried out. In-plant tests show that the compensation speed and compensation accuracy of compensation drawworks meet the design requirements, which plays an important role in guiding the development of marine compensation drawworks.
