摘要
某航空发动机压力阀套中间件结构复杂、孔径小、零件壁薄,且表面粗糙度及加工精度要求高,加工易变形,产品合格率较低。对该零件的工艺难点进行了分析,通过优化工艺路线,合理选择刀具及切削参数,较好地解决了该零件加工中易变形等问题,保证了零件加工质量,对类似结构零件的加工有借鉴作用。
The intermediate workpiece of aeroengine pressure valve sleeve has the characteristics of complex structure, small aperture, thin wall and easy deformation. The surface roughness is low and the machining precision is high, and the product qualification rate is low. This paper analyzes the technical difficulties of the parts. By optimizing the process route and selecting the tool and cutting parameters reasonably, the problem of easy deformation in the machining of the part is solved. It guarantees the processing quality of parts and can be used as a reference for the processing of similar structural parts.
