摘要 文章针对一起特高压HY换流变压器绝缘出厂试验局放超标问题,结合现场试验现象、故障定位和设备解体检查情况,通过有限元仿真计算软件,建立了缺陷部位的电场仿真计算模型,量化分析了关键位置的电场分布。计算结果显示,由于装配不当导致的导体局部凸起和楔形油隙是导致出厂试验局部放电超标的主要技术原因。本文提出的技术方法是设备监理技术问题分析手段的重要补充。 In light of the partial overdischarge during the valve side winding AC withstand voltage test of the UHV HY converter transformer at factory delivery, the paper discusses the establishment of the PD fault electric field simulation model and makes quantatative analysis of the electric ? eld distribution of the key position by means of finite element simulation software, with reference to the test phenomenon on site, the fault location and the disintegration inspection of the equipment. The calculation results show that the main technical reasons for the overdischarge are the partial bulge of conductor and the wedge oil gap due to improper assembly. The technical method proposed in this paper is an important supplement to the analysis tools for equipment supervision technical problems.
