摘要
某核电站采用先进的非能动技术,较传统的二代加核电安全可靠性更高,其余热排出热交换器同样采用了非能动设计,是非能动堆芯冷却系统中的关键设备,余排换热器的设计寿命为60年,制造要求更高,设计更复杂,面临的制造难点更多。本文总结了余排换热器制造过程中的难点,为后续非能动余排换热器的制造提供借鉴和参考。
Advanced passive technology makes a nuclear power station more reliable than the traditional improved second generation of nuclear power reactor. The RHR heat exchanger, the key equipment of the passive core cooling system (PCCS/PXS) in such a nuclear power plant introduced in this paper, is also passive-designed. The designed life of the exchanger is 60 years. Due to the strict requirements for manufacturing and complicated design, there are many dif? culties in making the exchanger which are summarized in this paper. It provides a reference to making passive RHR heat exchangers in the future.
