文章探讨了我国经济发展在新时代新形势新常态下,如何提升设备监理服务能力与质量。列举4个提升方法,即协助设备监理合同甲方技术要求识别,设备采购过程中列出设备质量负面清单,在设备制造过程中重点识别设备质量和进度风险,提高服务意识协助设备监理合同甲方解决问题。

In terms of effectively improving the services capacity and quality of equipment supervision work in the new era of new normal and new situation, the author puts forward four methods in this paper. Namely, help the equipment supervision contractor identify the technical requirements, make a negative list of equipment quality in procurement process, that is the assistance for the equipment supervision contractor in identifying the technical requirements; the submittal of the negative issue list of equipment quality in procurement process; focus on identifying the quality and schedule risks in equipment manufacturing process, and enhance service awareness to help the contractor solve problems.
