Analysis of Potato Industry Development in Shanxi Province

马铃薯是山西省传统农作物之一,近年来在市场和政策的双轮驱动下,马铃薯生产快速增长,全产业链开发取得了长足的进展。但在马铃薯产业发展过程中还存在品种结构不合理、脱毒种薯覆盖率不高、贮藏和加工能力滞后等制约因素,需要进一步推广绿色高效技术,完善产业链,加强政策引导,扶持产业升级。

Potato is one of the traditional special crops in Shanxi Province. In recent years, under the double-wheel drive of market and policy, potato production grows fast, and the whole industry chain development made great progress. However, in the process of potato industry development, there are still some restricted factors, such as unreasonable structure of variety, low coverage rate of certified potato seed, and poor storage and processing capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to further promote green and efficient technology, improve industrial chain, strengthen policy guidance and support industrial upgrading.
