摘要 探讨了一种采用电渣二次重熔工艺生产18CrNiMo7-6钢锭的方法。在制订电渣重熔工艺的过程中,分析了可能影响电渣锭质量的各主要因素,并制订了相应的解决方案。根据该钢种的特点,为保证钢锭中有适当的Al/N比,采用了在化渣过程和电渣重熔过程加铝粒的措施。 A production method of 18CrNiMo7-6 ingot by electroslag remelting (ESR) process has been dis- cussed. In the process of ESR establishing, main factors effeeting electroslag ingot quality have been analyzed and cor- responding solutions have also been worked out. Based on features of the steel, measures of A1 feeding during slag melting and ESR have been applied to obtain suitable A1/N ratio in the ingot composition.
