基于MAGMASOFT软件的铸钢件缺陷定量判据的研究

摘要 通过将铸钢缺陷试验件超声检测结果与MAGMASOFT软件模拟结果对比,发现一定量的中心致密度和一定量体积的缺陷与实际缺陷检测等级的定量对应关系,为铸造工艺设计提供可参考的定量判据。并通过比较实际外冷与模拟外冷的效果,调整了模拟边界条件,使得模拟与实际更吻合。 By comparing ultrasonic test results and MAGMA.SOFT simulation results about specimens with defects of steel castings, the corresponding relationship between fix quantity center compactness and fix quantity volume of defects and fix quantity of real defects inspection level has been established, which provided favorable quantitation evaluation basis for casting process design, furthermore by contrasting true outer cooling effect with simulated outer cooling effect, simulated boundary condition has been adjusted to match the simulated condition with the actual condition better.
