所谓的“中国债务陷阱论”纯属无稽之谈,未来中国将继续加强与非洲国家的经贸合作,继续推动和加大与非洲国家在“一带一路”建设方面的合作力度,推动建设更加紧密的中非命运共同体.

The debt problem of African countries is essentially an economic development problem, which is rooted in the weak capacity of most African countries to develop independently and the single economic structure. There are certain historical and realistic factors for the debt growth and debt risk expansion of African countries. However, from both historical and realistic perspectives, China's loans and assistance to Africa are not the main reason for the increase of Africa's debt risk.
