淬火机电耗控制研究与应用

Research and Application of Power Consumption Control during Quenching Process

摘要 通过减少钢板淬火过程中的边部用水量以及低压端用水量,优化淬火机高位水塔的使用数量以及液力耦合器控制程序,实现了厚度≤30 mm的钢板用单台工频泵组供水,厚度> 30 mm的钢板用一台液力耦合器和一台工频泵组供水的控制功能。淬火工艺电耗明显降低。 By reducing water quantity at the edge and the low pressure terminal during steel plate quenching, optimizing amounts of high level water tower of quenching machine and hydraulic coupler control procedure, the control function has been realized, one is water supply for steel plate of thickness ≤30 mm by single set work frequency pump, another is water supply for steel plate of thickness〉30 mm by one set hydraulic coupler and one set work frequency pump, finally power consumption during quenching process has been reduced evidently.
