摘要 以铜-不锈钢复合管为研究对象进行爆炸焊接试验,分析爆炸焊接复合管间隙、药厚、碰撞速度等工艺参数的选取与复合板爆炸焊接的异同。发现由于复合管焊接时复管存在扩径,其碰撞速度通常小于同种情况下复合板的碰撞速度。由于爆轰产物无法及时排出,复管在爆轰产物的压力下持续加速的时间较长,故复合管间隙的选取应稍大于复合板间距;将结合面通过高倍显微镜扫描,发现铜-不锈钢复合管的结合区波形在其间隙超过铜管壁厚并小于铜管内径的1/10时,焊接效果良好。 The copper-stainless steel composite tube was used as the research object for explosive welding experiments. The process parameters such as composite tube gap,explosive charge thickness,and collision speed for explosive-welding composite tube were compared with those for explosive welding composite plate. It is found that due to the expansion of the flyer tube,when welding,the collision speed of the composite tube is usually smaller than that of the composite plate in the same conditions.Because the detonation product cannot be discharged in time,the flyer tube continues to accelerate for a longer time under the pressure of the detonation product. Therefore,the composite tube gap is slightly larger than the composite plate spacing. And the welded surface was observed by using a high power microscope. It is found that the welded zone has a good welding effect within the range of the gap which is more than the wall thickness of the copper tube and is less than 1/10 of the inner diameter of the copper tube.
