摘要
利用光学显微镜(OM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等表征铸态和热处理态Mg-14Er-1Zn-0.6Zr合金的显微组织及其第二相种类,利用高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)研究合金在热处理过程中第二相晶体结构的转变。结果表明:铸态合金中初生第二相以不连续孤岛状沿晶界分布,晶体结构为18R型的LPSO结构;在500℃热处理12 h后,第二相的形貌和分布没有发生明显变化,尺寸有所增大。通过选区电子衍射分析发现,热处理后LPSO相的电子衍射斑点明显发生改变,晶体结构类型由18R型转变为14H型。
The microstructure of the secondary phase of as-cast and heat-treated Mg-14 Er-1 Zn-0.6 Zr alloy was analyzed by using OM,XRD. The structure transformation of the Mg-14 Er-1 Zn-0.6 Zr alloy during heat treatment was also characterized by using HRTEM. The results indicate that the distribution of the secondary phase is discontinuous along the grain boundary. The structure of the secondary phase is 18 R type LPSO. After heat-treating at 500 ℃ for 12 h,the selected area electron diffraction pattern of LPSO phase changes obviously,the crystal structure of the LPSO phase transforms from 18 R type into 14 H type.
