摘要 作为一种重要的无机化工产品,碳酸钙被广泛应用于各个行业。我国碳酸钙行业存在工艺落后、能耗高、附加值低等问题,高端碳酸钙产品甚至依赖进口。在对当前国内碳酸钙工艺及特点充分调研的基础上,介绍了一种高纯度高白度纳米碳酸钙生产技术,该技术具有原料来源广、环境友好、能耗及投资成本低、产品附加值高等优点,具有可观的经济前景和社会效益。 As an important inorganic chemical product, calcium carbonate particles are widely used into different industries, the problems of backward technologies, high energy consumption, low added value are existed in current China, furthermore, high level calcium carbonate need to be imported. On the basis of the full investigation of the current domestic calcium carbonate process and characteristics, a high purity and high whiteness nano calcium carbonate production technology was introduced. The technology had the advantages of wide range of raw materials, environment-friendly, low energy consumption and investment, high added value, meanwhile, the technology had good economic prospects and social benefits.
