摘要
针对热泵膜蒸馏的特点,提出了热泵膜蒸馏系统专用膜组件的设计要求,分析了膜组件的关键要素对热效率的影响规律,研制了某热敏料液的热泵膜蒸馏浓缩专用膜组件,并进行了性能测试。结果表明:当料液进出口温度为45.2℃和39.1℃,冷凝水进出口温度为29.1℃和37.0℃,料液和冷凝水流量为4.42g/s和2.50g/s时,膜组件热效率可达50.1%,较好地实现了该组件的研制要求。
In view of the characteristics of the heat pump membrane distillation, the design requirements of special membrane modules for heat pump membrane distillation system were proposed. The influence rule of the key factors of this model on thermal efficiency was analyzed, a special membrane module was designed to match the heat pump membrane distillation used for concentrating thermal sensitive material liquid, its properties were also tested. The experimental results showed that when feed inlet temperature was 45.2 ℃, feed outlet temperature was 39.1 ℃, condensate inlet temperature was 29.1 ℃, condensate outlet temperature was 37.0 ℃, rate of feed flow was 4.42 g/s and rate of condensate flow was 2.50 g/s, the thermal efficiency of the membrane module reach 50.1%, and achieved the design requirements of it.
