Development and Application of Gasoline Engine Sealing System

针对发动机整机开发过程中密封件开发滞后的问题,提出了密封系统的设计概念,并根据发动机内部不同的密封介质,将其分为气体密封系统、机油密封系统和冷却液密封系统。在每个子系统里,梳理了重要的密封接口,并给出了相关密封件的材料选型和设计要求,使发动机密封系统开发与发动机整机开发同步,可以减少后期因无法满足密封需求而带来的泄漏问题。

A sealing concept system is proposed to solve the sealing system lagging development problem. According to different engine media, the sealing system is divided into gas, engine oil and engine coolant sealing system. The primary and important sealing joints are summarized, and the material and design requirement of related sealing components are put forward to make the development between sealing systems and engine simultaneously, which can reduce the potential leaks if the sealing requiirment is not met.
