摘要
研究了在全新车型正向开发过程中车门门洞止口边的设计方法,将门洞止口边的正向开发划分为6个区域:门洞顶部、A柱下部、B柱上部、B柱下部、C柱和门槛区域。对门洞止口边校核进行了系统梳理,通过一些车型开发实例,探讨了车门门洞止口边的校核及优化方法。
In this paper, the door flange bending design in automobile development is studied. The door flange is divided into six areas: the top of the door, the lower part of the A Pillar, the upper part of the B Pillar, the lower part of the B Pillar, C Pillar and threshold area. The check and optimized methods of flange bending in door are systematic discussed and analyzed through some practical examples.
