摘要
为确保汽车在高原环境下制动的安全性,文章对高原条件下某车型汽车真空助力器电子辅助制动功能进行分析,搭建试验软硬件体系,进行真空助力器的相关试验研究。通过理论分析和失效对比试验对真空助力器的电子辅助制动功能进行验证。对在高海拔环境下对汽车制动性能的功能验证试验方法进行了研究,为后续的高原环境汽车制动性能提升与改善提供指导和依据。
In this article, the automotive vacuum booster electronic auxiliacy brake function of a certain vehicle under high altitude conditions is analyzed in order to ensure the braking safety under the high altitude condition. The test hardware and software system are built for the research. The automotive vacuum booster electronic auxiliary brake function is verified by theoretical analysis and failure comparison test. The guidance and basis for the subsequent vehicle braking pefformance improvement in high altitude environment are provided in this paper.
