摘要
矿用液压挖掘机技术发展到今天已较为成熟,但需要改进的地方还很多.由于液压挖掘机采用柴油发动机驱动,长时间工作会对环境带来极大的污染,而对挖掘机动臂结构进行轻量化设计可有效降低挖掘机功率消耗,减少整机配重,提高挖掘能力.笔者提出采用高效电机驱动挖掘机的崭新理念,同时对动臂结构进行了轻量化优化,优化了整机重心,提高了整机稳定性,以期研究一种新型清洁高效的矿用液压挖掘机.
Today, the technology of mining hydraulic excavator has been very mature, but there are a lot of design problems need to solve. Due to the hydraulic excavator being driven by diesel engine, it makes huge pollution to the environment as working long hours. And the design of light boom can reduce the excavator power consumption, weight and improve the digging ability. This thesis puts forward the new model that adopt efficient motor drives excavator, reduce the boom weight, optimizes the whole machine center of gravity, enhance the stability. In order to study a new type of clean and efficient mine mining hydraulic excavator.
