摘要 基于设备全寿命健康状态诊断管理系统是以设备状态智能诊断为工具,集备件管理、设备点检、设备维修为一体,在系统中嵌入"备件需求函数"、"备件寿命智能跟踪系统"、"设备智能故障诊断系统",掌握设备从申报——生产运营——报废过程的关键信息,为设备管理提供依据,保障设备的平稳运行. Themanagement system based on the equipment full life health status diagnosis takes e quipment state intelligent diagnosis as tools and sets spare parts management, equipment check, equipment maintenance as awhole. By embedding "spare parts demand function", "spare parts life intelligence tracking system", "equipment intelligent fault diagnosis system" in the system, it can master the key information of equipment which from reporting to production operation to scrap process and provide the basis for equipment management, guarantee smooth operation of the equipment.
