口腔种植体周围炎龈沟液中IL-6和NF-κB的表达分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 IL-6及NF-κB表达在种植体周围炎发生发展中的作用。方法选取120例在我院进行种植义齿治疗的患者,入院时间为2015年4月~2016年4月期间,共有126颗种植牙,以种植体周围是否发生炎症分为炎症种植体组(51颗),健康种植体组(75颗),炎症种植体组根据种植体周围炎疾病分类标准分为三组,即轻度种植体周围炎组(轻度组)、中度种植体周围炎组(中度组)、重度种植体周围炎组(重度组),把对侧同名健康天然牙作为对照组(67颗),采集和测量龈沟液,测量龈沟液NF-κB及IL-6的表达情况,并进行牙周学检测。结果炎症组龈沟液含量、PD、SBI、PLI明显高于对照组及健康种植体(P <0.05),对照组及健康种植体比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05);炎症种植组中的3个亚组龈沟液中NF-κB、IL-6比对照组及健康种植体组的分泌水平高,且随着病情的加重,NF-κB及IL-6水平不断升高;种植体周围炎患者龈沟液中IL-6与NF-κB呈正相关(r=0.758,P=0.002)。结论口腔种植体周围炎患者龈沟液中IL-6、NF-KB水平升高,IL-6、NF-KB可能参与疾病发生发展,能够反映炎症程度,二者在种植体患者龈沟液中呈正相关。 Objective To study the effect of IL-6 and NF-κB expressions in the development of oral periimplantitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients underwent the implant denture from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected. A total of 126 teeth were implanted. According to the development of oral periimplantitis, all the subjects were divided into inflammatory implants group(n=51) and healthy implants group(n=75). Through the disease classification standards, the inflammatory implants group was assigned to mild group, moderate group and severe group. The contralateral healthy natural teeth were selected as control group(n=67). The gingival crevicular fluid was collected to analyze the NF-kB and IL-6 expressions. The periodontology examination was condueted. Results The gingival crevicular fluid contents, probing depth(PD), suleus bleeding index(SBI) and plaque index(PLI) in the inflammatory implants group were significantly higher than control group and healthy implants group(P 〈 0.05), the above index in control group and healthy implants group were not significantly different(P 〉 0.05); The NF-κB and IL-6 secretion levels in the gingival erevieular fluid of three inflammatory implants subgroups were higher than those of control group and healthy implants group, and as the disease was aggravated, the NF-κB and IL-6 levels were constantly increased; For oral peri-implantitis patients, the IL-6 levels were positively correlated with the NF- κB levels in the gingival erevieular fluid(r=0.758, P=0.002). Conclusion For oral peri-implantitis patients, the IL-6 and NF-κB levels are increased in the gingival erevieular fluid. The IL-6 and NF-κB may be involved into the disease progression in reflecting the inflammation degree. In the gingival erevieular fluid, the IL-6 and NF-κB levels are positively correlated with each other.
