摘要
胃泌素-17仅由胃窦部G细胞分泌,是反映胃黏膜结构和功能状态的非侵入性生物学指标,在筛查萎缩性胃炎和胃癌方面有重要地位。此外,有研究报道称,胃泌素-17还可能促进胰岛β细胞的再生和复制、刺激胰岛素分泌、降低血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平,而且血清胃泌素-17水平的升高与糖尿病相关并发症如糖尿病胃轻瘫、糖尿病肾病的发生发展及预测密不可分,持续高水平的血清胃泌素-17则提示不可逆转的病变。因此,综合评估胃泌素-17将有助于确定其潜在的临床效用。
Solely secreted by G cells in gastric antrum, gastrin-17 is a noninvasive biomarker reflecting the structure and functional status of gastric mueosa, and plays a significant role in screening for atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer. In addition, some studies show that gastrin-17 could promote the regeneration and proliferation of islet β cell, stimulate insulin secretion and decrease the level of blood glucose and HbA1C. Furthermore, the elevated serum gastrin-17 is closely correlated with the development, progression and prediction of the complications of diabetes such as diabetic gastroparesis and diabetic nephropathy, and the persistently elevated gastrin-17 would indicate an irreversible lesions. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation of gastrin-17 will help determine its potential clinical utility.
